I would absolutely love to do something long-term PSL-shaped, and memes as well. Zoey here is a seer, if you're okay with original characters, and I've actually AU'd her into the Vampire Diaries/Originals due to some threads with a Kol and a Vincent, if we wanted to go that route. And all of those ideas sound fabulous.
