We've tried arguing it back and forth with the mods a few times. They said probably not, though they might accept an application that successfully managed to argue they were different people.

I imagine a Tetra would have a good chance of making it, but the argument might be more difficult to make for TP!Zelda. If you'd like to try, though, I can ask again.
