Sounds good! I'll be honest - when I first looked through the info pages, they seemed super daunting, but a lot of the massive history and stuff isn't really crucial to game play. The basics are a lot easier to understand once you're in game and a lot of the aspects can be played around if you're not super into them. It's a pretty adaptable sort of place.
