I generally tend to feel Shun most out of the ARC-V lot, but there's a few characters I have accounts for that I'd like to take for a spin and haven't really had the chance to yet - Gloria is one, and Ruri as well. So there's a fair few options there.
It's pretty accessible, yeah! Our GX player actually only uses Plurk very rarely, so I tend to shoot them PMs to plan stuff, and generally larger player plot type things are posted on the OOC comm so everyone knows about it in advance. Events are also announced on the OOC comm monthly, along with more minor details of the upcoming month so people can plan ahead for posts and such. So yeah, the OOC comm is reasonably widely used for planning stuff both by mods and players - and there's a monthly CR meme, too, so that helps in terms of reaching out.
