Fade Rift has a small FFXV cast (Prompto & Ignis) who I'm sure would love a Noctis in game.
We're a medium-paced, backtag-friendly game based in the Dragon Age (high fantasy) setting. Characters can be AU'd in, or arrive direct from canon through a 'rift' between worlds. Applications for rifters are open every other month, and the next round is in June, but we've got a TDM up right now if you'd like to take a look!
Power nerfing is in effect, but customized to each character, so I'd recommend taking a look at past applications for a general idea of how things are limited. There's a mod plot every other month to help further the overarching plot to Save the World, as well as player plots more or less constantly.
