hadriel meets all your preferences, and quite frankly i would LOVE to have morgana around! I think she'd be a good fit. We have nonhumans, power nerfing is limited to gamebreaking abilities only, and AC is a breeze. I feel like you'd find a wide variety of CR for her too, plus it'd be interesting to see her take on the npcs' plight!
