You might be interested in Strange Trip. A small, chill game set in a wacky hotel with occasional out-of-world excursions. We're mostly focused on slice-of-life and CR, no activity requirement, but we do expect players to make an effort to form actual relationships for their characters.
As it's invite-only, you'd need to play a test log or two with the mods (I'm one) and do a little get-to-know-you before we'd accept an app, but we don't bite.
