FOR GAME ADS:

➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed.

➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad.

FOR GAME QUESTIONS:

➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme.

➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be screened and/or deleted.

FOR CHARACTER ADS:

➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join.

➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form.

➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above.

➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be screened.

IN GENERAL:

➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be screened.

I know the feeling! I've wanted to bounce this guy off a Ben for ages but I only know two people who RP Ben: me (

omnitrixter) and a friend of mine who moved on from Ben years ago. Which makes me sad since I love these two's weird friendship.

I've been playing Azmuth primarily at Wake for four years now, so he's well-established there. Plus Wake doesn't look like it's going to shut down any time soon, so you could definitely hold off a couple of months before applying. Applications open up around the last week of every month along with having a test drive meme.

Looking at my old app is kind of intimidating, but they've changed the app rules since I app'd in Azmuth: You used to have to write out your character's history, but now you have the option to either do that or to link to a detailed page about your character's history and then do a TL;DR-style bullet point summary. That's honestly the worst part about the app given how long and convoluted Ben 10's timeline can be.

i love playing ben although i haven't done it actively in a game for a couple of years... i also have a gwen account but ben is my boy. the closest to having a canonmate i ever got was a rex from generator rex and that was just a crossover special lmao.

but hmmm yea, i'd be taking him from oniverse. i'm planning on rewatching the entirety of the series so if i do app it'll at least be... very fresh in mind

There was a Ben at Wake in days gone by but he was gone before I picked up Azmuth. Otherwise my only canonmate I had in game was an Albedo who's moved on to other things.

And it's cool! :) I recently canon-updated Azmuth through "So Long and Thanks For All The Smoothies". To be honest, I really love Omniverse. Kind of my favorite in the original timeline.

i love omniverse too... when it was first announced i was so skeptical because of the art style change but then i ended up adoring it. it really goes to show that you shouldn't judge change until you see it for yourself

Sorry for the delay! I've been having some issues lately.

I had to be convinced to watch Omniverse because I kind of threw my hands up in defeat near the end of Ultimate Alien. (Which is unfortunate because I didn't realize there was an episode of BACKSTORY for this guy only an episode or two away from where I stopped!) The art style was a bit jarring at first, but I really like it and the writing was so much fun. :)

It's a panfandom, quest-based fantasy RP game set in a hodgepodge world that once was where the spirit of every forest lived, but after some unknown catastrophe, now chunks of the different worlds where different fantasy forests existed have been magically displaced and crammed together. This means the characters might find themselves in chunks of displaced fantasy worlds like Middle-Earth, Discworld, the Cedar Forest of Princess Mononoke, the Wizarding World, and more. The characters are tasked by the spirit of the Green and the spirits of the four seasons to fix the Wilderlands and save the heart of every forest, or else nature on every world will die. They're bound together as a group by magic that prevents them from separating, forcing them to make decisions as a group and work together.

The quest the group is going on is very similar to ATLA with them traveling a fantasy world and trying to stop some big bads, and the mods have already worked some elements from ATLA into the game like the Spirit Library. It's a place where Katara would be right at home, but with a few new things to adjust to. There's also a group of teens for her to be friends with.

It's just really nice to see ATLA characters since they're not as common anymore. I used to play Aang and Zuko in the past.

~~Literally No One's~~ Everyone's Favorite Space Princess here's in one such slow to medium paced game! And in charge of her own ship and crew! Because silly universe and its sense of humor.

If you'd be up for him getting jamjarred into a SPACE REALITY SHOW ~~again~~,

driftfleet definitely meets your criteria! It's invite-only, but I mean, I never use my invites and there's always the seasonal Test Drive until then, so. Plus there's no real app round to speak of, since the number of incoming apps gets kept under control by the invite system!

Honestly you can do the test drives whenever, there was already another person who hit up the Spring test drive yesterday.

You might get a few less takers than if it were brand new, but there's usually always somebody watching and willing to do a shout out if they see someone.

As an aside, not only is there no memory loss, but you do have the option to use previous game memories as well. It's why Looma's (slightly) better behaved- she's already had to live and work with humans for a few years already from a previous game. She even helps people sometimes!!! And sometimes it even ends well!

I mean it's also gotten her killed once already and also shot in the face with a cannon to make her wear a jaunty eyepatch like her papa, but she's actually pretty stoked about that last one.

HEY I don't play anyone from the riverdale canon but I love Cheryl Blossom and would love to see her over at

khuioduan. It's a panfandom fantasy-style game with a slowly-evolving meta-plot and many opportunities to generate your own mini-plots depending on what your affinities are each month. RP is slow paced and equally dispersed between the network and log comms; AC is 15 comments across three threads.

i've never heard of this game so i'll definitely be checking it out!! :o
