If I could ask, does the game accept less developed NPCs from games? I play Nida from FF8 and have been looking for a game to app him to forever. Issue always has been that the character is almost less developed than the Card Game Queen and finding places to accept him can be hard because there are either 'character must be x developed in game' or 'that would count as an OC so no' rules.
