Hey there hi there ho there, can I throw melodiesofeternity at you for for your Fates AND Octopath characters? I've been trying to get a Fates cast going ever since I joined a few months ago (right now I'm the only one with this Conquest-path Corrin), and a Tressa joined at the same time who is currently the only Octopath character as well!
I'm already playing a Conquest-path Corrin and another player is looking to app a male Birthright Corrin at some point in the near future (to be called Kamui), and I might have talked another player into apping a Revelation path Xander as well. Jakob or a Revelation path Corrin would be great additions, as would Therion or Alfyn.
I think it checks most of your boxes, too; we're not a big game, VERY back-tag friendly, no memory-loss, though there is SOME power loss involved due to the game being based heavily on FFXIV and using a Job system (though the ability to create custom jobs is available based on powersets from a character's original setting). There is a focus on adventuring and an overarching metaplot, but we have plenty of slice-of-life events too, and there's a big emphasis on player participation and shaping of the plot.
