We would love to see Nabooru there, and there isn’t any prohibition against dead characters in the setting. I’ve asked, and apparently Nabooru would be able to be seen by everyone in the setting and to interact with her communication device. Eventually she would be able to Bend herself solid as well, if you’d be interested in that.
