It is sex-friendly but not a sex game - though the way the game works is clearly set up to facilitate sexual interaction and to make sex a very good idea to have if you’re playing it - and smut is not required for AC.
And the game seems to me to be xeno-friendly. I know for sure that the mods have said that the animal transformations can be used in creative, xeno-type sexy ways, at least. (Like, using the jellyfish one to have tentacles, for example.)
