ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. I have no castmate dog in this race, but I just really love X-men Evo Kurt (and also Gumshoe & Rock Lee), so! We do have Phoenix Wright characters in game I believe, and we have a lot of cross-canon Marvel characters if you're into that sort of thing!

MoM is a superhero / cold war themed game, that tends to range in tone between serious and silly. It has a slow moving overarching plot and usually regular player plots (for example, supervillains are at thing) with slice of life in between. Medium paced, big, but pretty good for backtagging!

Also characters get given powers! These can be super useless, if you want to keep your non-powered characters low key. And you can use it as a way to keep canon powers!

It's a sci-fi setting - a fleet of alien ships that travel through alien galaxies. Yes, Harry Potter Characters in space sounds bonkers at first, but Lily and Regulus are making do.

All characters are depowered upon arrival, with the opportunity to get their powers back; however, all characters also have the opportunity to gain other kinds of powers, too. Or they can stay non-powered, that's just fine. Lily hasn't regained much of her magic back yet to know that she has it back (still no wand yet - she's despairing).

We are slow to medium pace, we have a meta plot but it allows for slice-of-life elements, too. AC is easy, it's about one or two instances of play per month, but more activity will earn your character in game stuff.

lastvoyages is highly focused on character development and interactions. It's set on a physics-defying barge in unknown space, where everyone on board is either an inmate or a warden. Wardens are there to redeem inmates in exchange for absolutely anything! The Admiral fulfills their deal once they graduate an inmate. Deals can range from something as simple as wealth and riches to something as selfish (and/or noble) as the return of a deceased loved one. Inmates have died or are near death (canonically or under an invented circumstance), and are in need of a second chance: they get that opportunity on the Barge. The game is of a medium size and pace, comm based with an easy AC, with several small game wide events a month. It's a CR intensive game, often focusing on the serious side of redeeming morally corrupt or gray characters - but with cracky storylines and events worked in to lighten things up. Applications are always open! If anyone has questions or concerns about apping a character, we do have a potential apps page, where members can chime in and give input on any character you're thinking of apping.
