ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the last Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no banners, no blinking text, no obnoxious tables, no sparklies, no pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Hey!

There's no Trek characters in game currently, but I'm planning on apping this nerd at thefarshore next cycle. There's a memory loss aspect, but only if you app in that way! It's based on the anime Noragami but you don't have to be canon familiar to play, I'm definitely not.

I'd love to bounce off your Khan either way, it's great fun with the Trek characters I play. :3

Characters with investigation skills, unarmed combat and survival skills, or criminal skills (like grifting or stealing) will find a lot to do in our upcoming plots. Maybe maskormenace can catch your eye for Oswald? We have monthly AC that isn't too hard to meet and a medium-ish pace.

We're also loaded to the gills with villains and their heroic counterparts- just from the DC side of things we have a bevvy of speedsters, Flash rogues and reverse Flashes, a variety of Gotham rogues (and a comics Batman and Robins), and this particular man from Metropolis. And Superman.

Our Harley player especially would love more Gothamites in game.

I only more recently within the last few months got into it myself through a friend but, yes. I'm excited to see where the manga goes and read more of the novels because damn it is interesting getting more backstory on Guren and Shinya and co, esp when the manga is hinting at how things ended up in the aftermath of that.

I'll recommend futurology. It's a mission-based game that offers some versatility of genre with different worlds. The basic plot is that characters are accidentally recruited to an organization called ALASTAIR that functions to correct problems in the timeline and save worlds. Over time, characters are learning more about the organization and what the job really entails, which sometimes gets as grim as killing off a world's gods.

Since joining about four months ago, I've found it easy to come by CR, people are very obliging with plotting, and they'll backlog a good long while. The pace is about medium, and where castmates are concerned, I play Haise and we've also got an Arima (best news ever for Touka, right...?). The mods are very receptive and responsive to the playerbase, as well. You also get good potential for development and growth.

If you have questions in particular about the game/its population, or decide to TDM when you're ready for a new game, feel free to hit me up.

premise The city of Hex is a city like any other. That is to say, nearly impossible to describe in the terms of any other city, besides the tall buildings and the overabundance of people making their homes there. A upper class and an underbelly, the outcasts and the in-crowd. Hex isn't a good city, but for some reason, people still persist in calling it home. Maybe it's because none of them know there's anywhere else to go. Some of them came from other places, but that was long ago. Some of them were born here. The crime rate's a little higher these days, they say on the street, but it isn't anything to worry about. Just keep your chin down and you'll be fine. They're wrong. Hex isn't a good city. There's things there, in the night, things that the daytime doesn't remember. Some nights, a woman in the outskirts wakes to the sounds of howls that aren't quite dogs, and clutches her child to her chest. Some nights, a young man in a suit - well-fitted, but at least ten years out of fashion - picks his way through a bar, buying some cute young thing a drink, planning how to best get something for himself later. Some nights, an old lot downtown goes up in flames, and the fire chief says to the rookie, "Third time this year, same lot. If you ask me, the place is cursed." Hex isn't a good city.
