Come check out The Fleet. I think any of your characters might have fun (tho Jack might have a hard time coming to terms with the lack of ocean for sailing.)
It's a sci-fi setting - a fleet of alien ships that travel through alien galaxies.
All characters are depowered upon arrival, with the opportunity to get their powers back. However, all characters also have the opportunity to gain other kinds of powers, too. (Yes, all, even characters that didn't have powers before could gain powers in the setting of this game). Or they can stay non-powered, that's just fine. The power-gaining/regaining direction of a character is left up to the player to decide.
We are slow to medium pace, we have a meta plot but it allows for slice-of-life elements, too. AC is easy, it's about one or two instances of play per month, but more activity will earn your character in game stuff.
We already have two teenage characters who could use more friends, so Violet would have a ready posse.

We have a TDM, if you want to test it out.
