Hello! Have you looked into empatheias at all? It's a combo of SOL and plot and you can avoid SOL entirely if you'd rather go through the task board (I tend to have Jill fighting monsters a lot). I can give you the low-down on it if you're interested since a lot of the info isn't actually required even if you're in game it's just sort of "bonus material". Plots tend to happen once a month but the bigger/heavier plots are less frequent and the mods ensure you can actually ignore them and carry on without being involved even if they're "game-changers"; I wasn't in games for years because I didn't think I could keep up, especially with any kind of plot or ongoings and I've managed pretty decently!

Specifically, I'd absolutely love to see Lemina as a huge Lunar fan (I previously have played Ghaleon, Jess, Jean, Phacia, and Luna!) although I'd adore Golbez, as well, since I play Rydia from time-to-time. We've a hearty FF cast which I imagine might strike your fancy?
