seeking » gen, shipping, aus that aren't too far from canon and throwing characters into similar worlds to their own, even fusing them together. I'm not too big of a fan of throwing characters into alternate worlds that are too far from their own. looking for canon mates and cross-canon, especially merging Marvel and DC together.
» re, gen: I'm a big fan of familial dynamics, whether it be blood family or found family, and exploring the dynamics between two people.
» re, shipping: primarily interested in m/f and f/f, canon and cross-canon. for cross-canon I kind of like to start near the beginning just so we can figure out the dynamic and find some juicy stuff to deal with. the types of relationships I like are all kinds: easy, healthy, happy ones, and the dysfunctional, a little unhealthy ones. anything that has great meat to it that'll be fun to unpack — I tend to favour the latter than the former. smut's something that requires build up but I'm down for it to not ftb.
» I'm leaning more towards long-term stuff more than short-term, but am happy with short-term if that's more your speed. I'm a big, big fan of filling in missing scenes and having characters make different decisions, and seeing everything snowball from there.
» my tagging speed varies depending on what's going on offline, but I'm very big on backtagging. happy to plot via pms but I do tend to lose my way through them, so if you have discord or plurk or owl, I like to keep as much of an open communication as possible so we can both have fun and throw some things at the wall.
