while for totally, obviously selfish reasons, i would advise you give empatheias a look! and besides said selfish reasons, it seems to fit pretty much all your criteria.
i play killua there, and we recently got a gon! emp is flexible with plot vs sol (i could totally understand why you wouldn't want either of those characters for something that didn't have a lot of moving parts and plot lol)... it's not a sex game, but sex stuff is allowed and happens.
AC is relatively easy in my opinion (1 entry plus 7 comments, or two or more threads totaling in 10 comments from your character)... and i'm totally down for PSLs! and i have a few cross-canon AU PSLs with non hxh characters from emp lol. everyone is really chill and welcoming. i apped as a lone canon warrior, and immediately had a lot of really great CR.
