Naturally, Hell is full of sins and debauchery (how befitting for mafia) and therefore it's more than easy to stay spiralling down rather than keep on the road to redemption even if you were interested in it.
The game is 16+ for characters; there's a good deal of horror and torture but there's also space for more humorous Hell shenanigans. Most events also have at least one prompt pertaining to sex, but both that and specific horror prompts are opt in entirely, so you don't have to thread anything you don't like. AC is only 8 comments per month.
