The game is set on a floating island above a ruined world, where characters' emotions have effects on the environment around them. There's a mix of slice-of-life and plot, with room for a variety of tones; what you take on is up to you! There are opportunities to explore the world and uncover its mysteries, as well as a task board with a variety of different quests/odd jobs that characters can take on, plus events that can play with the characters’ emotions. Steven, Rose and Yellow have all been sorting out their issues on the island (or trying to avoid them), and Yellow has also started conceiving a new communication network to use! With The Movie coming, potential updates could be on the horizon.
AC is also very simple, with ten comments (or an open post + seven comments) that can be spread across multiple links. Also note that apps are switching to bimonthly, so the app cycle after this coming one will be in November. That means that anyone looking to play from The Movie will have to wait for November or app from an earlier canon point in September and update in October.
