[game info]: aefenglom is set in a magical city where characters are swept away to become either a witch or a type of monster. You can pick which type your character will become over their time spent in the city. Witches learn various schools of magic and there is a list of various monster-types to pick from for your character to slowly turn into. The game focuses on bonds between characters which are beneficial in keeping magic strong and helping monsters stay calm. There is also a blight on the land called Cwyld that is dark magic plaguing the areas outside of the city. The game is also currently undergoing an event where a nearby city might go to war with Aefenglom over the treatment of monsters.
