I'm a sucker for a lot of the major female characters (a Naomi, EVA, Quiet, or Meryl would be really neat to throw Ocelot at, though I think there's plenty of characters in prismatica that'd be all kinds of fun to see those girls interact with.)
A Kaz could be neat.
Any of the Snakes (Venom, Naked, Solid, Liquid, Solidus or just Big Boss) would straight up kill me with delight.
But as I said I am down for anyone.

TL;DR: low pressure 80s scifi/fantasy setting where mutually consensual touch is currency. There's moon based transformations and sex options but it's entirely up to you how much, if at all, you engage in them.
For Ocelot personally, he doesn't have much trust for the local government and is certain there's more to everything than what's been said, but accepted without magic it's very difficult for him to take a direct route to finding out more, so he currently sells it like he's on a form of holiday while gathering information, experimenting with the abilities the moons grant, and generally gathering weapons, technology, drugs, and other supplies that seem like they may be of use.
