I'm not a member of the Furuba cast, but I also play at Aurora currently and have before so I wanted to echo Heatchi above. The game is somewhere between mid-to-slow paced when events like games are not happening; currently things are a bit slow. But when everyone intro'd earlier this month it was much speedier than the last time I'd played here. The mini games themselves can be faster pace when they're going on and often have time limits but outside of that the game is flexible for speed and very backtag friendly if you have a busy schedule. Tohru's player and I are both in a much larger, faster game and are playing here without trouble. The game is also on the smaller size in spite of a decently large app round the previous time. The teams themselves are also small too which makes bonding easier ime.
