Hi! I also have a Sokka and Zuko. My memory on season 3 Sokka is not very good right now, to let you know in advance. I've been rewatching through the episodes of the series again, so I'm in the middle of the second season.

I do mostly late season 3 when it comes to Zuko, but I'll be open to writing him from season 2. Something new to try.

I also intend on bringing Toph eventually. I wouldn't mind Bolin meeting either of the three tLA I have accounts for. :D I'd like for you to know in addition that there's a buddy of mine I've been tagging who writes as Aang.
