Oh, I think I'd be fine with lasting remnants of DF in TRP, that's to be expected. It was always that DF was so well-established that it was daunting to even consider jumping into it.
Daisy's canon never directly overlapped with any of the MCU films, it was always more reactionary and showing another side of that universe. So she knows who they are, she's seen Bucky's memorial at a SHIELD HQ and may have cosplayed outside Stark Tower once, but she's never met any of them, so any differences because of CRAU would be fairly lost on her. She'd just be glad someone has more of an idea of what the heck's going on. And for the 616/etc versions of people, she's not unfamiliar with that kind of thing either. Time travel and alternate timelines and virtual alternate universes are all kind of old hat for her.
I honestly appreciate the very thorough heads up! I'm going to poke around a bit more, investigate some past events. I've already been considering things to toss at the TDM to, well, test things out, though I see via the game plurk that there's discussion of putting up a new TDM.
