Haha, in the soulmate one at least Kirishima wouldn't NEED his Quirk for Katsuki if Katsuki's Quirk didn't work - as to the high school reunion one I could completely see him doing a stint in America and just being harder to reach because of time zones and distance? His career is paramount to him after all!
