overall preferences: While I’m open to playing out sex scenes, I do not want anything that’s solely or even mostly about sex. I just get bored. I’d rather do plotty stuff. Crosscanon characters or canon characters I don’t mention are also welcome if you have specific ideas about what you’d like to see them do. (I don’t usually do well in longterm threads that don’t have a plot, so knowing roughly where the whole thing is going is important for me.)
Also, my length can vary a lot. Sometimes my brain just doesn’t work well enough to let me do a lot of narration, but I always try to give the other person something to respond to regardless of how short the reply might be. (If I don’t, feel free to contact me and we can talk about what to have happen instead.) That’s one reason I prefer threads with plot - that way when I can’t think well enough to reply as well as I’d like to I can figure out what needs to happen to push the plot along and work from there. Open ooc communication helps with this, because sometimes plot needs to be figured out or changed if we need more for our characters to do.

With Dorian I tend to ship automatically (but let me know if you’d prefer gen), and I tend to go gen with most other characters, although with Bull being the way he is the line between friends/flirty friends/friends with benefits can get a little muddled. I have some ideas here, but if you have anything else specific that you want to do, let me know! I love brainstorming stuff.
character notes: I’m very tentatively coming back to Roland after a few years of being burnt out on playing him, so I’m leaning toward asking mostly for people he had intense relationships with - Cuthbert, Eddie, Susan (especially if anyone’s willing to explore what Roland and Susan’s dynamic might be if they met again as adults). But if someone playing any other character has a specific idea for a plot let me know. I don’t have a plotting page for Roland like I do for Bull but I love h/c, I like AUing Roland, and it would be interesting to play with the difference between the flat, practical way Roland tends to express himself, the impression that gives to the people around him, and the deep pool of emotion and poetic notions that can be going on inside him, so hopefully some of that gives us a place to start when it comes to plotting stuff out.
