Scorpia got drafted into Team Rocket, because of course she did. She's mostly just making cute Rocket badges for people's Pokemon, but sometimes you get dragged into stealing Christmas or robbing a bank, as one does. Santa sent her coal and said he was disappointed and Scorpia was crushed She's having lots of fun naming her Pokemon after all her friends from home! She'd love to introduce little Perfuma the Bellossom to her namesake!
Catra, on the other hand, is working on discovering the horrible secret agenda that the cutesy Pokemon world is a front for (which doesn't exist, but don't tell her that). And may or may not be on her way to a collection of every cat Pokemon in existence.
And hey, sometimes everybody gets all their powers back for a weekend and there's random teleporting and chaos. (Not having her pincers and tail is Scorpia's only complaint.)
Except for regular canon 4th wall weekends, VR is a power loss game, but it makes up for it with cute Pokemon to collect? On the slice of life side of the spectrum, but there are regular events to spice things up and player plots too. Apps are always open (and processed every Sunday) and the current TDM thread is here
