your taste is stellar! i've always been scared to jump into one piece because the length is a bit intimidating, but i've read a bit of jjba myself and it's neat stuff.

also, don't quote me on this, but togashi (hxh's mangaka) is a huge fan of toriyama's works (in particular dragon ball), and allegedly owns and displays volumes of it in his own studio. i can definitely see the influence dragon ball has had on hxh too, especially in later arcs, so i don't doubt you in the slightest.

and gotcha! i couldn't decide between one or the other, so i tried doing a bit of both. let me know if the starter needs any changing and i'll get right on that!
