you got through those arcs so quick, i'm in awe? it took me way longer to read through it all myself, ngl ... hxh is also known as hiatus x hiatus for a reason!! i've heard that the chapters around the end of the greed island arc to parts in the chimera ant arc were retouched/fixed for the tankobon volumes, but most of the scanlations found online definitely don't hide how rough and unedited it was when it was still being posted in shonen jump semi-regularly. it still amazes me to this day that it was published in that state, because i mean, just look at the turkey scene ...... literally one example out of many ..........

but no no, it's fine! i hope i'm not pressuring you or anything. the chimera ant arc is actually my favorite arc, but i almost dropped the series over it in the beginning, so i'm excited to hear your impression of it should you get further into it.
