Hey there! I'm only kind of canon familiar, but I have a lady who Harley might be interested in trying to crack, and who may give her a run for her money.
Dahlia here has the dubious achievement of becoming a serial killer when she was only 19. Her MO is generally getting close to men with a very convincing sweet and innocent facade, and convincing them to do what she wants them to. She convinced a man to fake a kidnapping when she was 14, then convinced that same man to kill himself years after leaving him holding the bag and getting him put on death row; she convinced another man to give her access to deadly drugs (and later killed him for considering speaking about it); she tricked a man into drinking poison; and finally her hold on a fourth man was so great that he voluntarily swallowed poisoned broken glass to save her from being convicted of murder after he found out she planned to kill him. And this is to say nothing of all the shit she's convinced women to do for her (which was basically a whole lot of covering up her crimes).
In her canon, she was convicted of murder and finally hanged when she was 25. And she came back from the dead just to kill more people, because she's a jerk like that and she finds it personally offensive that someone foiled her. So I think Harley would have her work cut out for her, and it would probably be cool to see the push and pull between these two.
