ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the Second Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. ⤑ Arranged Marriages. One of my favorites is the Dragon Bride AU (replace with monster of your choice).
⤑ AUs. I really love building new worlds or combining others and tweaking things! I'm always willing to discuss them and come up with new ones too. Can be as simple as modern day or more complex.
⤑ Canon and Crosscanon both! I'm willing to twist canon relationships or explore other routes not taken in source material. I also love coming up with assumed CR and intermingling canons for crosscanon.

⤑ OCs! I really love building up OCs with others for original worlds or AUs. I tend to use manga characters as PBs but I'm open to anime/game/live action.
⤑ Slowburn romances. We can string these out over a series of meme threads with building CR or a series of PSL threads. Or half and half, I'm not picky.
⤑ Soulmates / Mated tropes, particularly when combined with other things such as monsters / the supernatural. I like markings, mating rituals and such.

That aside, for Ryunosuke I'm a big whatever as he seems to be a good straight man to other people's hijinks and that's always fun for me to write. So, basically, canon and crosscanon are great. Gen's great. Stupid threads are great. I'm the person to talk to if you want 15 tags of them being lost in an Ikea with increasingly escalating stakes.

In terms of shipping...I'm open to a lot? It's more about specific interpretations of characters than it is characters in general, so unless you're playing Iris or Phoenix or someone outright No like that, decent chance I'll be willing to take a stab.

For Kirie it's basically anyone who's willing to put up with a 2-bit character from an indie game and exploring spooky Japanese horror. I can give more of a sales pitch if anyone's interested. looking for a Dimitri for two shippy possibilities. one is a reincarnation au. maybe they meet as college students or interns at the same office, have a little rivalry, enjoy a little will-they-won't-they, but ultimately hook up and start dating and slowly start remembering bits and pieces of their previous lives. I'm partial to modern aus that still involve magic/powers. I don't particularly want a bad end here - just a lot of deliciously conflicted feelings and that natural push and pull.

somewhere out there is a dimigard fic where Edelgard was basically under house arrest in Fhirdiad post-AM and was suffering from lingering effects after her hegemon transformation and never warm enough. when her condition took a turn for the worse Dimitri took it upon himself to huddle with her every night and help keep her warm. I'd like to play something similar, either post-AM or in some almost-golden route mash-up where they end up fighting together against the Slithers (in which case she'd go hegie in that battle) before they really start working on their personal issues. in the build-up to this maybe they end up separated from their own people and are forced to rely on each other to get out of a bad situation?

also looking for a Hubert for a shippy vampire au. it could be that Edelgard's been snacking on a willing Hubert ever since she survived the Slithers' experimentation. maybe he's injured in battle and she's finally forced to turn him because she doesn't want him to die? orrrr maybe post-war she enters a political marriage but her only real intimacy is her nearness to Hubert as she feeds? I'm open to different ideas - I just want to embrace their Ultimate Goth Couple vibes and write them exploring a different (and increasingly physical?) type of intimacy together.

in general I like enemies-to-lovers, arranged marriages, belligerent sexual tension, battle couple tropes, fake relationships with real feelings, love confessions, monsterfuckery, etc so if you like similar things hit me up! actual smut isn't required for the above but I'm very willing to write it. Edelgard'll always have a formal bossy lean but extra credit if you play switches or enjoy writing sexual dynamics that aren't set in stone.

in the smut department, I'd love to write something where edelgard has anonymous sex because anything else is too complicated. so... gloryholes? masks or magically altered appearances? (I'd like to keep her body the same, just maybe not the hair and eyes that'd give her away so easily.) blindfolds or magical blindness? we can brainstorm!
