And as for WoL AUs... I guess Emet is just going to have to accept his side job as a nursemaid to strange creatures. Watching him suffer as he tries to figure out what to do with the WoL now that they're permanently stuck in the past could also be a good time. Trying to pass them off as his own familiar until Azem comes back, probably. (But only because Hyth spread that story around before he could object to it.)
