• Gen stuff: Would love to write Ruth interacting with other mutants she knew as a teen / other members of her messy-ass family (since she's descended from Destiny, she's technically a sort of great-niece to Rogue and Kurt + great-grandaughter by marriage to Mystique??? ridiculous) / literally any mutants as she gets used to the new mutant status quo. Crosscanon-wise, Ruth fits well into other settings with magic, superpowers, or the supernatural.
• Shipping: Ruth/David! Or else other mutants around her age (she's late teens - early 20s depending on timeframe) or interesting crosscanon characters. Ruth is drawn to people who are confident, intriguing, patient with her particular brand of weirdness, and intent on saving the world. In her late 20s/early 30s, can walk through walls, has a ship called the Marauder and a dragon called Lockheed. Dedicated to the red coat and tattooed knuckles aesthetic. This is her infopost.

She's good for shooting the shit and also plottier shit, since her canon vibe these days is "sails around the world (and into space, I guess) rescuing mutants."

Kate's last attempt at romance ended in a pretty messy way - she left her childhood crush at the altar, whoops - and frankly, she could stand to try some new things.
