The tag really isn't from Zhenya's point of view - I figured that I should set the scene from a more omniscient third person point of view so that I could encompass all the big-picture stuff going on, and that I could zoom in and go into Zhenya's head as she reacts to the whole ceremony in the next tag. But please feel free to write your tag however you want! I've stopped right where they're about to do the hand-binding ritual, since it sounds like you have a nice idea about how that goes.

It was super helpful in starting us out and I hope I've managed to paint the same kind of picture you created by describing the city and culture.
