as a chronic LCW (like... seriously chronic, so my perspective may be off?), i think LCWs do fairly well - i haven't had any issues with finding an enthusiastic cr niche; it's really a game where you can set your own pace as to what you find to be comfortable tagload.
as for playerplots, i feel it's a "more the merrier" type of vibe. you'll see ooc plotting posts on occasion and they're fairly inclusive. def feel free to pp me if you want more info.
