Hmmm, I think revivalproject ticks just about all of your boxes. :) It's adventure/exploration/action, missions, survival, sometimes SOL, small, mostly adult characters.... They're trying to rebuild an alien planet and have to deal with monsters and other problems on the planet and get called away for missions on other planets, which seem to be planets from various franchises like Final Fantasy and Star Wars.
