Oh, there's a few about. And characters who are fencers, pirates and samurai. But also, human!Need would find friends and potential students pretty easily. Undine here is a literal magical girl, but one who's always fought with magic instead of blade so her introducing her former-Olympic-potential fencer girlfriend to Need would be neat. :P

(Though honestly, David would also be an interesting pick...)
