Welcome to “the Dreamscape”, a specific section of the collective unconscious of the entire omniverse that has been created specifically for the people within it. You have been chosen as one of those people. Within the Dreamscape, you will experience the impossible--- for better or for worse--- and be encouraged to form and maintain meaningful connections with other people from across the various worlds.
You were brought here by The Outsider, who is the ruler of the collective unconscious and the creator of the Dreamscape. They are more than a deity or demon--- they are unlike any other being in the universe, the crux that links together all sentient minds in a world beyond reality. They are not only the figurehead of this new reality in which you find yourself--- they are part of the action! They will be attending and joining in on various events to some extent, and you can interact with them the same way you would any of your fellow dreamers. You may find that befriending them has its own rewards! Though for some reason, when things get particularly dicey, they are often hard to find.
The Dreamscape is an ever-shifting unreality. Unlike the waking world, very few things remain constant. It will expand as time goes on, so the Locations page will be kept as up to date as possible to give you a full roster of all available locales.
