Lost Carnival is about an interdimensional travelling carnival run by fae, that has some flexible transformation aspects and I would place mostly solidly in the fantasy genre. People end up getting indebted to the carnival by some means or another, and then end up working there for a year's contract. It travels from world to world to perform and explore.
