» Buffy Summers, Buffy the Vampire Slayer ( first_summers ) She who hangs out a lot in cemeteries, the original Chosen One destined to fight the forces of darkness and die a whole lot doing it. She's lived her life with the literal weight of the world on her shoulders and has a whole lot of damage from it that I would love to explore. I pull Buffy from post-season 7 and disregard most of the comics because they were hard to keep up with and went a bit off the rails, though I'll occasionally pull bits from them in references of where people ended up in those early post-Sunnydale years.
» Daisy Johnson, Agents of SHIELD / MCU ( chuju ) A millennial hacker turned spy turned superhero who has been through more trauma than most characters in the MCU, including growing up an orphan, being betrayed by those she loves, the death of many loved ones that she feels responsible for... I tend to play her post-season 7 when she's in her early 30s.

Apparently my brain's response to the happy holiday season has been to crave apocalyptic AUs and crosscanon, so that is the top of my wishlist. (Though I am open to other things as well, with these ladies or anyone else.) Other dimensions and parallel universes are canon for both Daisy and Buffy, so canon hopping is just as easy as mashing two canons together, as I really enjoy finding ways for worlds to collide. As for the apocalypse vibe, there are so many options — zombies, plague, nuclear, alien invasion, demons ending the world, weird Death Stranding-esque conditions...
Whether characters know what caused it or not, I love the way these types of settings force people to confront the best and worst of themselves, and the bonds that canon develop between people as everyday survival becomes a struggle.

» I would love to set up some long-term PSLs but will also do memes with continuity. Sailing ships is always an option for these ladies (both f/m and f/f), but gen things and close platonic bonds are also good. I do enjoy a good slow-burn ship and am always happy to 'see how things go' when it comes to romance. » My favorite things to write include emotional moments, hurt/comfort, bonding over shared experiences/trauma, stolen moments of happiness, normal daily life for people who aren't used to it and thus struggle with and find it extremely weird... I love brainstorming ideas and am always happy to write starters.
» My tagging speed varies between glacially slow and boomeranging like whoa depending on life. I never mean to drop threads, it just unintentionally happens sometimes, so please let me know if I've been quiet and you'd like to continue things! » Comment here or send a PM to any journal.
