As far as canon ships go, my big ones for Keiichi are Mion and Rena. (If you want to do the OT3, I can even try playing either one of them or NPCing them!) I'm also down for Shion, whether as a messed up thing, something emotional where she struggles with her attachment to Satoshi, or maybe even just straight up poly vibes. If we want to do the post-Gousotsu timeskip, I could be convinced to go with the other club members, at least for shippy slow burn stuff and maybe see where it goes from there.
For Sun Ce, I would sell my kidneys for a Daqiao and also would be interested in Dong Bai, Lianshi, or Kai, but that's by no means an exhaustive list.
