I think they could still go the paranoid villain route: he's very isolated at the end of S3, Dijkstra and Phillipa could have him murdered at any point and he knows it, he has no friends or particular skills for ruling, and now he's got to go to war against fucking Nilfgaard. It'll be interesting to see how he gets there though, and how different he ends up being from game!Radovid, yep
