i like the idea of luocha finding it so fascinating to watch blade deal with all of his issues. ofc, it can start out as medical curiousity and then evolve into sincerely wanting to help him or smth but i'm sure that won't come until way later down the line. but yeah, he makes me sad too... all of my fave tropes in one boy, i'm spoiled
