Songerein is a medium-paced game with heavy slice of life elements. The cast and player caps keep things from getting too out of hand, and the dream shenanigans give you plenty of room to let your characters grow - or not. Stubborn bastards. There's things that can make your characters' nightmares worse too. Let's be real, this is Shin Megami Tensei, things can always get worse.
But if you'd like to keep your demon summoning - you absolutely can! (Within reasonable limits.) Would you like Demi-Fiend to be able to blast out Almighty spells? Once he adjusts, he sure can!
The game focuses more on character relationships than mission-based criteria - though there's still some of that if you'd like. Plot with your castmates! Adopt new castmates! Redecorate your dream treehouse! Pet a tapir!
Or do basically whatever you want (within reason). It's a whole new world to corrupt and/or save!
Also our TDMs are game canon - and posting/threading on them is required for apping. The next test drive is going to be around the beginning of October.
