- castmates and crosscanon tbf. every time hsr gives me new blade lore i become as strong as i become sad over him. for the crosscanon folk, blade is a... severely depressed and suicidal man who has lived for over 700 years and is about as immortal as one can get. his past self did something Very Bad Not Good At All and he's carrying on that burden and seeking to both repent and pay for that sin.
- jingren good and soft. also very angsty, frankly. the range is wide and i'd be happy to write canon-compliant scenarios to straight up aus tbh. jingliu's companion quest was too much for lil old me and there's sooo much that can be explored....!!!!
- that dan heng and blade talk at the end of jingliu's cq am i right... also a lot to explore that i would love to write. or even just one of their past encounters, god knows they've had many. canon-adjacent content or even aus... i'm also into all of it.
- jingliu if you're out there...... i have feelings and thoughts. i love how her character turned out to be when everyone thought she was so insane in the head. no. we're all just kinda sad. and sometimes mad. mara-struck bonding is real?
- stellaron hunters 🫶 i love their dynamic immensely, and i just appreciate they picked up this dog from the streets and gave him a bath. thanks kafka. there's a lot that can be bittersweet in their relationship... i really do enjoy how blade has said kafka feels like someone who just wants to be heard. is there any deeper meaning to this? we just don't know
- any other castmate is also good. especially with the astral express, i love the idea that one point they started an alliance with the sh so things are... not as hostile. jarilo ppl don't know blade so that's just free real estate
- frankly for crosscanon in general, it'd be super fun to write against other immortal people, if only because blade has always kinda despised long-lived species and he considers himself an abomination that will never die. it could be bittersweet. it could be full of hate. who knows.
