(that's technology and textiles respectively... though that might be a fun case for 3, let Futaba get some fun hacking in off-screen) i was trying to think of what could work for Snow but i couldn't think of anything that would make Akira noticeable but not killed LOL, so maybe Shido is just like the mayor of the District or something??? and then Akira just tried to stop him from being sleazy just like in canon and got in a ton of trouble for it... i LOVE all of this, though, especially the fake dating... fake dating is like my top wishlist trope for shuharu 😭 i'd be down for starting it earlier in the timeline too and then doing like jumpcuts up to the Reaping, or hashing out more details beforehand too... i just love Hunger Games AU worldbuilding, clenches fist
