Ohoho, absolutely! ♡ I am full of ideas, tbh, but what's been living rent-free in my head lately is one of the Remake/Rebirth devs talking about how Sephiroth "really is fond of Cloud, so perhaps he'll always be safe", and I really enjoy the theory/AU/whatever that we're dealing with a Sephiroth from a ruined future who realized a world without Cloud is no world at all.

Cue time shenanigans, Sephiroth obsessively chasing Cloud around like a creep, trying to fuel his heart with fire and fury so that he'll ensure his own survival.

But I'm all-ears if you have inspiration/ideas of your own that you're partial to! (I can't believe we're less than a week out to Rebirth! So excited.)
