A couple ideas, let me know if one of them jumps out at you in particular:
- I have a ton of thoughts around Sanji's day to day working relationship with Nami in their roles as cook for the bottomless rubber trashbin and keeper of the purse strings, as well as the way they relate in terms of his flirting and her very overt willingness to exploit him for her own benefit. I'd love to dig into how his perspective on their nakamaship might have changed in the wake of WCI and how in particular him being faced with a girl who was (by the end, anyway) genuinely into him but whom he left anyway would change his internal machinations about Women In General. (Do I want them to have a deep heart to heart about gender relations? Yes, yes I do.)
- Luffy and Sanji and "I can't become pirate king without you." Loyalty as a two-way street and the way that Luffy with his IQ of underdone toast and epic general gullibility saw straight through all of Sanji's pretensions.
- Robin and Sanji and the reveal of Sanji's parentage/family origins. Robin the highly observant scholar and also the former enemy of the crew who can help talk Sanji through all those feelings.
