ENABLEMEPLZ meme goes up on the Second Saturday of every month FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / kink you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no fonts and other html that make ads super long, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. There are anoncomms that exist for that. This thread is specifically for general questions about a game that rpers want to get perspective on from players already in the game. Answers can be slightly negative (such as saying app response is slow or that the plots are repetitive or similar things) but this should at least be worded politely. Unnecessary vitriol, any mention of personal drama or wank, or mod teams/individual mods/players being singled out, will be either frozen or screened (based on what seems right based on the content). FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL section, where you post your character's canon in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ There is a "Find Crosscanon" section, where you can talk about a character you play and and desired crosscanon for that character. Please make sure this is not too generalized a search, because just wanting general crosscanon can be accomplished with the other sections of the meme. This is for specific characters or character types you're looking for. In the subject, please list the "Looking for [canon you're looking for]" rather than your character's canon. If looking for a character type, list the character type in as few words as possible. Do not make the subject huge or I'll screen your comment. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find Crosscanon" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. This section is only for game crosscanon as in the psl section people can list their preferences. ➤ Examples of crosscanon you can search for: You play The Flash from DC Comics and your dream CR is fellow speedster Quicksilver from Marvel. Or you might play a witch and want cr with other witches in general. Or maybe you play a good character messed up by evil parents and want to play against a villain character you know has evil parents, because you know it'd lead to some interesting negative CR. ➤ There is a "Pairings You Want to Play" section, where you can ask for castmates or crosscanon you'd like to ship with. Please format this with "[YOUR CANON] seeking [CASTMATE/OTHER CANON (if crosscanon)/SEE DESCRIPTION (if a general character type)]. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Pairings You Want to Play" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. Alongside castmates and crosscanon, you can choose to ask for OCs or general character types as well. Try not to get too wordy and please don't outline entire scenarios. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. It's okay if part of your game rec is copy-pasted (such as what the game's about), but at least some part of the rec must be personalized to their ad. Try not to recommend the same game to every single ad, either. Ad spam that isn't individualized in some way will also be frozen or screened. Keep in mind this needs to be more specific than "this game has easy AC like you're asking for but meets none of your other requirements." Make sure you're advertising games that might click with that specific character, where a few elements fit what they're looking for. You should be thinking about the story reasons of how the character might click with the game. IN GENERAL: ➤ Don't be a dick. This isn't one of the anoncomms, so any snide comments or unnecessary commentary on the RP plans of others will be frozen or screened. ➤ All mod responses regardless of whether they're rule breaks, correction requests (like someone posting in the wrong section), or thwapping someone for spamming copy-paste ads, have always been and will almost universally be public. If someone sends a PM and the conversation gets combative, this will also be made public and posted to the comments of the mod contact page. This is for the sake of transparency so people can judge the emp mod's communications for fairness themselves. There are times where the player's post may be screened (such as if they posted to the wrong section) but the mod's response will be left unscreened. ➤ Players may sometimes be allowed more than one strike for copy-paste ads since this is often just enthusiasm behind it, but game mods should know better. ➤ Important note: IP logging has turned on due to multiple instances past and present of problem players trying to return to the dwrp community via emp after being banned other places, so I'll be IP logging from now on, and will compare notes with the rpa and wg mods (as well as game mods) where appropriate if it seems like someone that has been mass banned. I will not pay attention to IPs otherwise. I don't care what people like playing or who's who. So please feel comfortable to keep doing your thing, anon or otherwise. The knowledge will only be used for really egregious problem cases.

LOOKING FOR:

• For Zima, if any of the other Ursus Student Self-Governing Group girls are out there, especially Natalya...! Otherwise, my heart is open to any other operators to interact with. Also interested in cross-canon CR, especially with other rowdy teens!
• I am less discerning with Getian and Jessica. I'm interested in any interactions between members of the Timekeeper's team (or potentially other NPCs??) and them. That, or if anyone's interested in cross-canon with a shy old bird or a questionably-yandere deer girl obsessed with horror stories...
• I know it's rather a niche canon, but if there are any castmates out there for Makoto... I would love the opportunity to write him with them!! I especially love J and Kieran, but anyone from this canon would be wonderful. He's also fairly easy to cross-canon with others as he's a demon that can be summoned for some fun in that particular genre.
• Another extremely niche canon... I'm not sure how many people out there have played Nine Sols (it's amazing!!), but I'm not expecting to find any castmates. As a brief description: Yi is a member of a feline, humanoid alien race called the solarians; he devised a last-ditch gambit to save his race from rapid extinction to a mysterious virus by launching an island into space and inducing cryo-sleep in thousands of his people until a cure could be found. Things went very bad, and his story wraps up with an intermingling of revenge and redemption for the sins he committed attempting to save his people. I'd love to do some voice testing for him, so if any of this sounds interesting for cross-canon, I'm all ears!

• Extremely backtag friendly. Tag pace will likely be sedate and somewhat inconsistent, perhaps with a week or two between responses at worst, as I am juggling raiding and tabletop obligations in addition to writing. I will try to reply as often as I can!
• I'm not going to lie to you... my tags can get fairly lengthy. I love digging into the mindsets of my characters. RPers on a similar wavelength are a bonus, but otherwise I'm perfectly happy so long as my occasional loquaciousness can be tolerated!!
• Interested in both gen and shippy stuff! F/F pref for Zima and Jessica, M/M pref for Makoto, anything is fine for Getian. Not interested in shippy stuff for Yi. Smut is a possibility, but I prefer to see how the threads vibe before moving into that.
• Open-minded to any memes or PSL concepts that we might want to try, but I prefer to avoid full AUs. A lot of my enjoyment comes from the characters in the context of their canons, so while canon-divergent AUs are definitely up for consideration, I'd prefer avoid an overwriting change of universe. Otherwise... I'm admittedly a bit new reentering the memes/PSLs space, so I don't have a ready list of things I want to try out, but again, I am open to suggestions or we can work something out! 😄

i did not realize we shared canons before, huh. if you want i do have vertin as well for zima to deal with (or i should say for vertin to deal with zima); sadly i don't have of the other bear girls even if natalya was one i eyed in the past.

luckily texas is one i don't mind doing gen with cross canon or not, plus i'm fine with her getting dragged into dealing with jessica being jessica lmfao.

haha, yeah, i suppose i've been hiding them behind my more obscure canons for a while! i love both ak and re1999 though; i've been playing both since their global launches 😄

i love these ideas!! zima and vertin could be very funny and cute... vertin, are you ready for lilya....... TWO (bear ver., even pricklier and ruder than before)?? i can definitely see her trying to pull vertin away from her duties to try to relax, for a change.. even if zima's methods of doing so are perhaps questionable at best

& for texas, i'm a big fan of our wolfgirl mafiosas, so i would be interested in something with her and zima or with her and jessica! i feel like the flavor for both just ends up in them bothering texas in different ways... for zima, i love the idea of her innate ambition and desire to protect her girls driving her to ask (strongarm?) higher-ranking operators to train with her and help her figure out how she can improve.. this is me dreaming of the zima alter i will never have

that, or i do think jessica would be delighted by texas in a way that is sadly not entirely foreign to her, given (gestures at lappland)... she would just think she's So Neat and want to play with her in the silliest and/or most concerning ways u_u

nah, that's totally fine because i get the feeling there, haha. i've played both on and off often myself since launch, as well as am crying because once again texas alter is avoiding me for years at this point and lucy dodged me.

yeah, i know that she'd at least........appreciate it??????? probably?????? while maybe trying to say that she needed to finish that last thing of paperwork when in the middle of getting dragged out of the suitcase (or her room LOL). vertin can recognize she's trying anyway!

for texas: zima wise she actually might try and help her with that, given she can understand wanting to protect and keep safe others. she might get bothered but that doesn't mean she minds it that much since it's not part of her usual chaos (you know, looking right at the penguin logistics girls) so it'd be something different. probably winds up on deliveries with zima, shoves pocky in her mouth if she's about to be rude like "no, stop".

jessica honestly? please understand that texas would NOT have a good time with the concerning half depending on what jessica does. suddenly she gets war flashbacks the whole ass time and reminders of things. especially after reading the prequel manga, because god i did not expect to learn texas killed her father and other people in the mansion after her grandfather died.

man, you're reminding me that i really need to read a lot of those supporting comics. i'd actually fallen well behind on arknights events and story (basically since lone trail... the events are just so long haha), but i've been trying to climb back up on the horse and catch up lately. i definitely need to look into the prequel manga tho

all of these sound like a ton of fun in their own way! i think i want to be kind of conservative when starting threads as to not overload myself, so is there an option you're particularly interested in exploring? i think i'll be able to jump in a little more quickly with zima as i've already done some canon review for her; for jessica, i'd probably need to run over her event again
